the staff were kind. my room was clean. the check-in process was smooth. food was very delicious with a lot of varieties and good breakfast options, even for children.

i requested a king-size bed, but i got a double-bed room where two beds were joined together. a change to a suitable room was unfortunately denied. this compels me to review my options for future stays.

The facilities were excellent. The graceful lobby had a very supportive staff always there to help you. The breakfast offered many options even for children.

I requested a single king-size bed. I was allotted a double-bed room where two beds were joined together. My request to change rooms was denied!

i found the staff very polite and helpful . mr vikram, the bell boy, assisted with check-in and check-out efficiently. i also want to thank mr gaurav, sahid, aryan, prabhu, ms. farheen and khushi for their excellent service (i'm grateful).

The room smelled strange. They sprayed perfume but it did not help. They should have moved me immediately instead of trying to cover it up. I eventually switched rooms the next day. It had a bad view. The front desk lacked responsiveness after I initially complained

The karwachauth setup catered nicely to families. Indeed it was a great gesture by staff. manish and sooraj took pictures for us in reception, and it was thoughtful. the food was good too.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The rooms were spacious , which was adequate for my needs.

The cooking smell in the lobby was quite off-putting , especially upon arrival. Shower water was not sufficiently warm, a problem. I found this made showering during the winter months uncomfortable , and should be checked.
