a balanced stay
convenient location helpful shuttle queen bed unreliable elevator early morning uncomfortable pillow
the location was very convenient. It was close to several attractions. the shuttle service to the park was also helpful. the room included two queen beds (and they were comfortable).
the elevators seemed unreliable. They made strange noises. there were also some early morning disturbances (a protest). the pillows in the room were not comfortable.

underwhelming stay near universal
slow elevators high parking cost
the valet parking cost me fifty dollars a night. i was expecting more for that price. the elevators were slow, and i often waited several minutes for one. this was a problem when i was trying to get to universal studios in the morning and the lack of promptness did annoy me.

low clearance trash issue
the valet parking was a joke with my truck. the clearance was too low i guess. then at check-in i got hit with a two hundred dollar security deposit per room talk about a budget buster. i also noticed trash all over the 8th floor hallway not exactly the pristine image i expect from a hotel it was there for two days no one cared to pick it up
