amazing aesthetic prompt staff central location
The hotel lobby had an amazing aesthetic, a treat for the eyes. the staff was prompt in returning an item i forgot in my room. I appreciate their responsiveness. the hotel's central location was very convenient for attending my conference, not far at all.
The initial check-in process felt a bit rough, honestly. the agent i encountered seemed dismissive. I felt the tone for my stay started off on the wrong foot. i wish the reception would have been warmer and more helpful, it would have made a difference.

beautiful design history corridor old room small bathroom
the hotel lobby features a beautiful design. i spent an hour admiring the decor. the hotel boasts a history corridor. i found black and white photos of mr walt disney there.
the room i stayed in seemed a bit old. the bathroom felt quite small. the linens felt stained and i requested a change twice.

historic photo easy parking outdated gym non-functioning whirlpool
The lobby had historic photos. i loved seeing them. the hotel is close to grand central market too. That was convenient. i had easy access for parking.
The gym equipment seemed outdated. some of the equipment was rusty. i also noticed the whirlpool was not functioning. It was disappointing. i was looking forward to using it.

historical charm meticulous preservation convenient location
the building has historical charm. i appreciated the meticulous preservation efforts. the location was also a win. i walked to pershing square station nearby. the gym features various equipment. i used treadmills and stationary bikes.
the room has street noise, it disrupted my sleep. i think they should upgrade the windows. better insulation could help. this building need this fix.
