quiet and convenient stay
quiet hotelample spacelong flight
i found the hotel very convenient after a long flight. i was impressed by how quiet it was. i didn't hear any noises from other rooms or the ac units. there was ample space for my computer.
the breakfast buffet was very crowded. it seemed overbooked and difficult to navigate.

the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes, giving guests options for cardio workouts. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section, great for relaxation. i noticed plenty of space for everyone.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated Monica's text message service after checking in using the app. She promptly answered my questions about shuttle pick-up and secured a late checkout for me. The hot shower also had great water volume and pressure.
I noticed hairs on the bathroom floor, which raised concerns about cleanliness. As a diamond member, I was not offered an upgrade. The breakfast credit did not fully cover the cost of the meal.

My check-in was seamless and efficient. The front desk staff provided helpful information about hotel amenities. The shuttle service to the airport operated frequently. My room was very clean and well kept by housekeeping staff.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited . More variety would have been nice.
