mixed experience overall

continental breakfast low water pressure

the location was pretty convenient, not too far from south pier.

I was a bit bummed to find out breakfast was only continental (i expected some hot food). the shower in my room was also a major letdown. The water pressure was so low, it was barely a trickle. (i could barely wash my hair!).

great location en suite comfy beds continental breakfast low water pressure poor drainage

the location is good. it is a short distance to south pier, pleasure beach and the water park. it is also walking distance to central pier. the room and en suite was clean on arrival. beds were super comfy and we all slept great.

this was disappointing because there was no hot food. the shower in the room was like a trickle of water and did not drain away. i reported this to the owners.

great location handy fridge

the location is GREAT, it's a short distance to south pier, pleasure beach, and the water park. my room had a mini fridge that was handy. breakfast was also just great. the kids even got a stick of rock before we left!!!

the light in my room and bathroom did not work. luckily, the lamps did. i did raise the concern.

Breakfast included yoghurt, cereals, pastries and toast with different condiments. a real coffee machine was available as well as fruit juice. This was a lovely surprise. it made the mornings easier and more enjoyable.

a bar was available on the premises, so guests could relax and enjoy themselves. there was a pool table downstairs. it was a nice bonus to have these entertainment options readily available within the hotel.

the location is ideal, it is only a ten minute walk from the pleasure beach. it's directly across the road from the promenade. this positioning makes it convenient for visiting the park and accessing the seafront.

The hosts are cute and friendly. They accommodated my every need!!! the owners were very friendly and helpful. they accommodated every need with a smile.
