the staff was warm and friendly. the location was close to where i needed to be. i also appreciated that the hotel was clean and quiet!

The shower bracket in my room was broken, so i couldn't really use the shower. a part of the shower door was also missing. This was quite inconvenient. the hot tap water didn't work, so i had to boil a kettle to get hot water at the sink.

the room was clean and quiet! the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. the staff was helpful, addressing all my needs efficiently. the location is excellent, close to the city center and shops.

The staff was cute. She handled all my questions. It was quiet and close to the city center and shops. The room was really clean and the beds were really comfy too.

The main door and front door were boarded up. There was a horrible smell in the hallways. The code provided to the main door was wrong. The carpets were disgusting.
