smooth check-out quiet room

the room was clean and quiet! the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. the staff was helpful, addressing all my needs efficiently. the location is excellent, close to the city center and shops.

The staff were polite upon arrival it was acceptable I suppose

The shower bracket was broken so I could not use the shower there was half a shower door missing too I expected better honestly

I received a FREE upgrade. This, I think. The staff was GREAT with cute guests.

the room smelled like stale cigarettes. It made my asthma act up, OMG. there was lots of fighting OUTSIDE.

cute staff city center comfy beds wrong code dirty carpets

The staff was cute. She handled all my questions. It was quiet and close to the city center and shops. The room was really clean and the beds were really comfy too.

The main door and front door were boarded up. There was a horrible smell in the hallways. The code provided to the main door was wrong. The carpets were disgusting.
