I appreciated the fast assistance with extra towels. They brought them promptly. The room remained quiet. I found the bed quite comfortable. The coffee shop downstairs offered a very good breakfast. It was a convenient way to start the day!

The café in the lobby served a very good breakfast, available even at late checkout! Coffee and tea were complimentary , a detail I noticed and enjoyed! The rooftop bar has amazing views of the Hudson River, especially during sunset.

Staff at the front desk were super nice. I found them very responsive to requests! They brought requested items right up. I really appreciate the midday checkout time offered. It allowed for a relaxed departure from the premises.
