The hotel's proximity to everything was a major plus. tammy at the front desk was helpful. Her assistance made the check-in seamless. the rooms were quite spacious. i especially liked the birthday setup they arranged. I really appreciated that thoughtful touch. the room was clean.
i noticed some noise due to the central location, but it didn't bother me too much. it's something to consider if you're sensitive to city sounds.

The multilingual staff was very helpful. It catered well to a diverse clientele, and i found that to be respectful. it was good to know that some staff members can assist guests in multiple languages. i loved this hotel.

I found the location perfect. It is in the heart of times square. the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the entrance and valet. concierge matthew was accessible, helpful, and thorough. as a platinum elite member, i valued the included breakfast buffet and the welcome appetizer, which i enjoyed after returning from broadway.

The staff at this hotel was SO helpful. They offered excellent advice for nearby restaurants. The business center and fitness center were well equipped.
There was a daily destination fee. This detail was not disclosed prior to arrival. The thirty-five-dollar credit could only be used at the grab-and-go, with mostly snacks at high prices.
