The hotel has a direct metro connection to Manhattan. I appreciated that the staff responded quickly. The lobby is a nice, clean area. The hotel provided quality shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.
I found that the beds were a bit hard.

The pool access was quite restricted. i found out children are only allowed until 1 pm, a rule never mentioned beforehand. also, i waited a long time at the coffee counter. The staff seemed uninterested in helping. there was no clear explanation or apology for the delay! it was frustrating.

the hotel is near the subway station. it was easy to get around. the lobby and bar area seemed nice. there was also a courtyard area.
I found the amenities lacking. There was no microwave available. clarity on the holding fee would have been beneficial.

Some Issues Detracted From the Stay

The location was convenient, with proximity to the subway station (a big plus for getting around).
The pool situation was a real letdown. Most of the seating was reserved all day for external guests through ResortPass (even on a weekday), I found out. This made it hard for hotel guests to actually enjoy the pool. Getting fresh towels for the bathroom also proved difficult, it took several tries and a long time.
