i was charmed by this place. the room was bigger than i thought it would be and included a king room. the location was central. it was close to subway lines and chain restaurants were nearby.

i did find some issues, but nothing to terrible. the breakfast wasnt very variety. the staff didnt gave a great customer service.

i found the location works well with nearby transit and restaurants. breakfast had better options compared to others and the space felt quiet. the room felt spacious and the breakfast included was fresh. many subway and train lines are just a few blocks away , made it easy to get around.

at check-in, the front desk staff seemed not helpful. this caused delay. more training might improve this situation.

the room had a comfy king bed and was larger than i'd expect in a city hotel.

The noise level was real bad. Even on a high floor, street noise was disturbing and the window isolation wasn't up to par, i found earplugs in the room, that tells you all.
