decent stay with some issues
convenient location friendly staff spacious room slow elevator noisy air conditioning missing water
the location was convenient. it was easy to access the subway (i used it every day). the staff were helpful and friendly. they assisted me with directions. my room was clean and spacious.
the elevators were slow. i often waited for a long time. the air conditioning was noisy (it disturbed my sleep). there were no complimentary bottles of water in the room, which i found inconvenient.

i was charmed by the super friendly front desk staff during both check-in and check-out. the location is amazingly convenient for my meeting. the bed was especially comfortable!
the room was smaller than expected. there wasn't a fridge in the room, inconvenient. the air conditioning unit made a lot of noise at night.

clean room comfortable bedding fresh towels city view
I found the room clean upon arrival. The bed featured comfortable bedding. The bathroom included fresh towels and toiletries. The rooftop offered AMAZING city views.
The elevators experienced occasional delays at peak times.

The hotel is located near several dining options. I saw five restaurants within a five-minute walk. Transportation is accessible, with a subway station three blocks away. This made exploring the area very CONVENIENT.

There is a coffee service available in the lobby each morning. A continental breakfast is served daily. The breakfast area includes tables and chairs to use. I found it quite COMFORTABLE.

Staff members were always available at the front desk! They promptly addressed any inquiries. I appreciated their help. Housekeeping provided daily service, maintaining the cleanliness of the room, FANTASTIC.

clean room comfortable bed good pressure
the location was excellent (easy access to everything i wanted to see). the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the shower had good water pressure.
the hotel looked like it needed a refurbishment.

Location is good, but the rest is lacking
missing breakfast rude staff
I saw breakfast was included when I booked, but this was not true. The hotel offered vouchers to a pricey place with high delivery fees. This did not make up for the missing breakfast. The staff seemed unconcerned when I raised the issue. I think that I should get some compensation for the false advertising because it changed my plans.
