The room had adequate size, and it was quiet.
The mini fridge was off and empty, so i couldn't store anything. There was also no complimentary water provided. The central AC seemed to have locked fan speed. It constantly blew air at me while i slept (this was really annoying).

the room was immaculate. housekeeping services were daily (which is not always the case these days). i really appreciated that there was a kettle in the room along with a coffee maker.
the minibar was empty, so i had no access to cold drinks upon arrival. i found that a bit odd (especially after a long journey). also, the elevators were slow. i waited almost 5 minutes to get down one morning.

faulty thermostatimpolite demeanor
the thermostat in my room did not function properly. a repairman attempted a fix, but the issue remained unresolved. additionally, the checkout staff displayed a rather grumpy and impolite demeanor (certainly not the best way to end a stay). i left feeling as though i was bothering them, disappointing.

The staff was very attentive. The hotel offers a workstation on the third floor. It features coffee and filtered mineral water available anytime. I appreciated that I could get hot drinks and extra beverage supplies for the room if needed. Housekeeping was early, and they did an excellent job, keeping the room super tidy.
The design was quite simple in the suite. We were on the 12th floor, and we didn't have much of a view, though it's promoted as having a city view. The noise was quite bad from both outside and inside the hotel.

The staff provided excellent service, from the reception to the bellmen. Maids were focused on providing an excellent service. Everyone was so cute and helpful..
