Reasonable Experience
flower stall warm atmosphere missing tv inaccessible air-con
The foyer featured a unique combination of a flower stall and the reception. The hotel had a warm atmosphere. The staircase was beautiful. I thought it was a nice touch. The room temperature was comfortable.
The room lacked a TV. There was no black tea in the room. The air-con regulation was not accessible. I could not switch off the lights while in bed. That was difficult.

missing television no blackout curtains
The staff was friendly, and my room faced the courtyard, resulting in a very quiet night.
My room lacked a television and a proper desk. Blackout curtains were absent. the shower had no door. (I could hear dripping all night.)

the team's empathy felt refreshing! their authentic kindness really stood out. the downstairs flower shop had such a lovely vibe! i appreciated the beautiful staircase very much. i found the yoga room to be very cool indeed.
my room lacked a chair, but it wasn't a big deal.

the room featured a very comfortable bed, excellent pillows and perfect temperature control. the room's decor was nice, and the ballet barre on the wall allowed for stretching.

fresh bar warm staff masterful feng shui
The flower shop at the entrance impressed me. The restaurant was fresh. The staff was attentive. The rooms had masterful feng shui.
There weren't black tea.
