check-in to departure included very nice customer service. the room had super comfort. the bathtub and shower created a small challenge, as turning on the shower without getting wet first proved tricky. the location offers convenient access to nearby attractions.

The elevator was a bit noisy. i struggled to sleep because i was close to the elevator. It ran all night and day.

the rooms are well decorated. the staff was very friendly and gave me prosecco to celebrate my birthday. they serve a great breakfast including eggs made to order. the staff is dedicated to making sure guests have an excellent stay.

The decor had such sweet romantic touches i really liked the room. the staff was helpful and always smiling it. the manager were really nice assisting me with directions. i appreciated the chocolate compliment in the room. It was a nice touch.

the lift's operation created considerable noise especially during the night. i found it a bit disruptive to my sleep.
