The breakfast provided a very good buffet. It proved to be more satisfying than alternatives outside. The location is excellent. Staff members were friendly and helpful.
The room lacked a proper closet for hanging clothes. The small size of the room with two suitcases made movement difficult. The swimming pool seemed much smaller than it was in photos (it was a bit disappointing).

Acceptable, but Some Issues
faulty doorslimited storage
The balcony doors did not work. They kept blowing open, and it took staff time to fix them. When I arrived, the fridge was in the middle of the room. There was not much storage space for clothes. The room could have benefited from more drawers. There was only one hook for a towel. I could not find any other hooks for robes or wet coats.

the room could have been better maintained i noticed the shower head was broken it was not possible to hang it up properly also water leaked all over the bathroom during showers the room was not very functional furthermore i found a lack of hooks for towels and robes a small detail yet important

i appreciated the hotel holding our bags upon our early arrival i then explored the neighbourhood the staff tried their best to give us a twin room later they succeeded i found the team members lovely especially shehjad ahmed and julien. i liked that they were helpful.

The interiors featured a very aesthetically pleasing design. My bed was super comfortable and ensured a good night's rest. The staff were warm and cute. I liked that the pool and spa were nice adders after long days of walking (very refreshing).
There was not a huge amount of storage for clothes, plenty of space for some drawers around the room but this isn't utilised.
