comfortable beds enjoyable breakfast kind staff closed bar poor service twenty minutes
The room had comfortable beds. The breakfast was also enjoyable. Staff members were very kind .
The bar was not open. Lounge service was poor because of the bar closure. I waited for 20 minutes and went out instead.

excellent hotel experience

polite staff super clean pool
the staff was very helpful and polite. the rooms were super clean as was the pool. we used it three times .
the builders next door started work at 7:30 and woke us. no notice was given for this.

the location is nice, with many restaurants and bars nearby. it is a short walk to the metro station, which connects to all parts of the city. plenty of bus stops are also within short walking distance.

the staff proved helpful and accommodating. the hotel maintains cleanliness and order.
work commenced at 7:30, causing an unwelcome early awakening. furthermore, the bar remained closed. lounge service suffered due to this closure.

the staff were helpful and polite i found the rooms super clean. the pool was clean s. i used the pool three times .
the hotel feels more like a boutique hotel instead of a true five-star. the rooms were small with limited space for luggage and a tiny bathroom.

the gym was well equipped. it was also well maintained. i think they clean and reset everything between uses. these uses have to be pre-booked with reception.
