i was very close to gare de l'est after stepping off the eurostar. A ten minute walk was all it took, very convenient for my luggage. the staff was friendly too, always offering a helping hand . i found the room spacious enough for my needs and it included several useful amenities.

the lift wasn't working when i visited, a small inconvenience.

The hotel's location near several Metro lines was a real advantage for getting around. The staff upgraded my parents' room, because of a special occasion. This was very kind. Free coffee was available in reception. The staff were helpful and cute.
