gare de l'est gem

eurostar station friendly staff spacious room useful amenities

i was very close to gare de l'est after stepping off the eurostar. A ten minute walk was all it took, very convenient for my luggage. the staff was friendly too, always offering a helping hand . i found the room spacious enough for my needs and it included several useful amenities.

the lift wasn't working when i visited, a small inconvenience.

metro lines cute staff

The hotel's location near several Metro lines was a real advantage for getting around. The staff upgraded my parents' room, because of a special occasion. This was very kind. Free coffee was available in reception. The staff were helpful and cute.

The room was spacious enough for my family and it easily accommodated all our luggage. Staff members proved helpful with inquiries and requests I had. The bathroom included a powerful shower and useful amenities. A minibar, safe, and coffee machine were present in my room.

The immediate surrounding area felt somewhat unpleasant despite the proximity to the station.
