The room was cleaned well every day. Soap was also readily available in the shower.
The door to my room would not lock (it was a major concern!). Staff said the issue was resolved, but the door still didn't lock properly. I felt my security was definitely compromised .

The hotel is super close to the metro station! It made getting around so easy. I received really helpful tips from the staff! They were so kind and quick to fix a small issue in the room. I would highly recommend a stay here.
