The hotel was easily accessible, a definite plus. i also appreciated its closeness to several metro stations. the staff was friendly and quite helpful. Their assistance was a welcome bonus.

the hotel required that keys be left at the reception each time we left. this policy raised some concerns about security and key management.

the hotel provided a good base for exploring the area i found the staff very helpful they quickly addressed my questions the location offered easy access to the metro i appreciated the nearby restaurants with reasonable prices

the noise level from slamming doors was noticeable during the night which disrupted my sleep i think better soundproofing could improve the experience
