charming stay close to everything

convenient location elegant decorations friendly staff

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to multiple metro and train stations. Getting around was straightforward! the hop-on-hop-off bus stop nearby was convenient. our room had elegant decorations and felt spacious! the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room air conditioning command had issues that persisted for a day despite attempts to fix it. That was frustrating. i noticed occasional water dripping from the closed bathroom tap, a bit concerning. these small maintenance issues detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel is very quiet. i found the staff helpful with transportation. They were quick. breakfast included all basics. the room i booked was a classic double or twin room. it was smaller, though manageable. the location is close to shops.

the english tv channel selection was quite limited.

great location nespresso coffee

The hotel location is great. Walking distance from many amenities made exploring simple. the breakfast was excellent. I loved the fresh pastries and also the nespresso coffee station for my morning espresso (i was really charmed by it).

After my stay, i found value for money less good. the hotel felt a bit outdated. There was a minor issue with the air conditioning. it required a day and two attempts to fix, a bit annoying.

The room was spacious and comfortable. the beds were very comfortable, and the showers were amazing. I particularly enjoyed the rainfall shower. there was plenty of space in the room.
