The location was definitely a plus. IT was central to everything and very close to many bars and restaurants. The air conditioning worked well in my room.

My room did not have a phone. The TISSUE and toilet paper were not refilled . Breakfast was not located in the same building.

The reception staff were helpful. Orla laor and pinky greeted me warmly. the hotel's location was central, providing easy access to various amenities. i especially appreciated that breakfast was included each morning. an elevator made moving around the hotel much more convenient.

i noticed some minor humidity spots on the walls in the room

I ABSOLUTELY loved the staff. They are very friendly and helpful! The location is EXCELLENT. It's very close to walking street. Breakfast included was a bonus, and I really appreciated that the hotel has a lift.

The road was VERY crowded, and the reception was open straight to the street so it was a bit noisy.
