modern hotel convenient location excellent value parking option
this hotel is very modern and clean. it sits in a convenient location near key attractions. i found great value in the available parking with the mini car valet option, a good bonus. i will certainly book a stay here again!!!
i found very few shampoo provisions within the room, a small inconvenience.

my room featured stylish decor and super clean cleanliness. towel swans and chocolates greeted me on the bed upon my arrival. the hi-tech room also enhanced the stay.

while there isn't a restaurant directly in the hotel, i did appreciate the fast food spot located nearby. this provided an accessible and easy dining solution. there is also a shop located below, handy.

communication via whatsapp was prompt and effective, made coordinating details simple. even though the hotel is unmanned, contacting staff felt easy. the pin code access worked smoothly.

excellent value convenient parking car valet future stay
the hotel provided excellent value. parking was available and convenient. i even had the option of a mini car valet at a great price (a pleasant surprise!). i certainly plan to stay here again.
the tv wouldn't work properly.

the hotel is only a few minutes from the 02 arena, so it is ideally located for concerts. the check-in process uses codes and is very easy. the hotel is responsive to messages.

i found communication with the hotel to be great. prompt replies to messages via whatsapp were helpful. the hotel staff are easily available to assist with any requests you may have during your stay.

my room had complimentary snacks, a nice touch. i was able to easily make coffee using the pod machine (i liked that it wasn't just cheap instant coffee).

the room had a fridge and coffee machine. all the amenities expected. the air conditioning and heating unit easily allowed me to set the perfect temperature. free onsite parking was convenient.

missing instructions huge gap
the system for entry to the hotel was pretty straightforward for an unmanned hotel.
the coffee machine looked fancy, but there were no instructions. i ended up using the kettle to make something resembling coffee. also, there was a huge gap under the door that let in a lot of unwelcome light.

coffee maker size tv towel hooks tea bags
the room was super clean and modern with everything i needed. i had a nice coffee maker in the room and also a nice size tv. walking distance to everywhere i needed to get to was great
there were no towel hooks in the bathroom. also, i found only two tea bags! i would have liked more of a selection.
