the hotel is only a few minutes from the 02 arena, so it is ideally located for concerts. the check-in process uses codes and is very easy. the hotel is responsive to messages.

the system for entry to the hotel was pretty straightforward for an unmanned hotel.

the coffee machine looked fancy, but there were no instructions. i ended up using the kettle to make something resembling coffee. also, there was a huge gap under the door that let in a lot of unwelcome light.

the room was super clean and modern with everything i needed. i had a nice coffee maker in the room and also a nice size tv. walking distance to everywhere i needed to get to was great

there were no towel hooks in the bathroom. also, i found only two tea bags! i would have liked more of a selection.
