the room was spacious and had everything needed. staff were really good and service was excellent. lisa was an absolute gem and nothing was too much for her. her positive attitude was excellent.
the bed was firm making it hard to sleep well.

lisa and ellie, who run the wedding events, are both friendly and helpful. we also met with the caterer, registrar, and cake supplier.. all adding to the special feeling this venue gives.
check-in was a slight palava as i arrived late and had to phone the out-of-hours contact, i needed a code i was not emailed.

wowzers! what a totally fab stay!
gorgeous groundscomfy beds
the grounds were gorgeous and huge. the staff was mega friendly and helpful! they helped sort out showing the england game and nothing seemed like too much trouble. the rooms was huge with comfy beds!

the executive double room includes one large wardrobe. there is a full length mirror attached to the wall. fresh towels are provided daily and the toiletries are lovely.

I stayed for one night on a work trip! the lady checking me in was very cute and actually took me to my room. rooms were clean and tidy. They were also beautifully decorated. a continental breakfast box was provided. I also found a mini fridge in the hallway with juice, milk and yoghurt, it was a lovely touch.
the bed mattress was hard, and i did not sleep well!

The staff was helpful and efficient! i got a tour around the hotel and fresh figs from the tree. i felt valued as a guest. The staff made the day extra special for everyone there.

The location worked great! The room was very clean and it had a nice look. The facilities in the room were also really good. I loved the hotel and its unique character!
I came later than expected, around 9:30 PM. I was not able to check in using the instructions I had. The phone number did not work, too bad!

The room had a coffee machine and comfortable chairs. The bed was very comfortable and the environment was quiet (I slept like a baby).
The shower head looked old, I think it needs refurbishment.
