British Fine Dining
The hotel has a restaurant, where breakfast is served Monday - Sunday from 8 AM to 10 AM, offering a continental buffet and cooked-to-order options. The modern British menu of chef William Guthrie draws on fresh local produce from the neighbouring Vale of Evesham. The restaurant offers a seven-course set menu dinner with locally sourced game, meat, fish, and vegetables and herbs from the hotel's own garden, and an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner. The hotel serves dishes such pan-fried cod with saffron fennel and puffed wild rice. Afternoon tea is served in three tiers. Guests can experience a five-course dinner menu around Exmoor Caviar, paired with Nyetimber sparkling wine. The dining room seats up to 45 guests, while the Morning Room accommodates up to 16 guests.
