The restaurant offers a seven-course set menu dinner with locally sourced game, meat, fish, and vegetables and herbs from the hotel's own garden, and an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner. The hotel serves dishes such pan-fried cod with saffron fennel and puffed wild rice. Afternoon tea is served in three tiers. Guests can experience a five-course dinner menu around Exmoor Caviar, paired with Nyetimber sparkling wine. The dining room seats up to 45 guests, while the Morning Room accommodates up to 16 guests.
