The rooms are spacious and clean. I was really surprised by the hot, soothing shower after my long flight. I ordered the Thai green curry twice from room service. It was so delicious. I found the service consistently excellent, and I will be recommending this hotel!
I noticed the check-in and check-out process took a very long time. I requested takeaway breakfast in advance, and I did not receive it. This resulted in a significant delay for my scheduled event.

The hotel offers a fitness center that includes treadmills. There is also a swimming pool available to guests, near the Sakinaka Metro Station, which makes local commuting very convenient. I found these amenities to be in great condition.

I experienced very positive customer service from Arpana and Ajay during both check-in and check-out. They seemed willing to address my requirements quickly. Ajay, the Executive Concierge, also helped me recover my lost luggage.

The hotel's buffet offered a rich variety of options! I enjoyed the Indian breakfast selection in particular. The Saptami restaurant provides a great dining atmosphere. I was delighted with the food.
