the staff seemed attentive enough .

The room i was assigned definitely showed wear and tear. I noticed peeling paint and a generally stale odor. it hardly reminded me of a great value.

The staff was friendly. Great ambiance.

I found the gym steam room schedule inconvenient. It opens at 9 a.m., a time when most guests are already at work. The room seemed old. There was bad smell and paint falling off.

The housekeeping team was attentive to detail. mr karam ensured everything was taken care of, which i appreciated! he also provided some nice goodies in my room daily, a thoughtful and warm touch. his professionalism and kindness.

the steam room opened late at 9 a.m., which was not ideal because most guests leave for work before then.

great care efficient service

the staff took great care of my food allergies. karam from the room service team provided prompt service. ravita from his team also offered quick service. I really appreciate her efficiency.

I book every 3 months because of the gym. the steam room opens at 9 am? this is inconvenient, as many people go to work earlier. also, my room felt old. There was a bad smell and peeling paint.
