I found the staff very polite and the service standards high. The buffet breakfast was extensive, including continental, chinese, indian, and south indian options. the gym had enough equipment for a good workout. The rooms are spacious. i also appreciated how they arranged a packed breakfast for my early 4 am checkout to mumbai.

the passage outside the rooms wasn't cleaned as often as i would have liked, and i needed to point it out to reception. this did impact my first impression.

The beautiful room had a tv and a coffee maker. It was well-equipped for my needs. the room also included a work desk, practical for catching up on emails in the evening and the bed was comfortable.

The fitness center provided several machines, including treadmills and stationary bikes! the hotel offers free wi-fi throughout the hotel. This was consistent and allowed me to complete my work effectively. i also used the on-site restaurant for dinner.

soft beddingthoughtful touch

i appreciated the perfect cleanliness the room was like a sanctuary the bedding was soft the pillows were plentiful it was just so inviting after a long day i found the complimentary water bottles very useful they were a small but thoughtful touch that really made a difference to me.

i noticed the tv remote was not readily available i had to request it from staff which was slightly inconvenient
