Really good Service and Great Food

I found the breakfast spread quite excellent. Mr Prajapati prepared excellent tea. Other staff including Mr Samim and Mr Santu helped with our food orders. I received a quick checkout, thanks to the front desk management trainee from Patna. EVERYTHING was amazing.

The receptionist did not initially return my change after the payment. She acted as if returning the change was unnecessary. This behavior was quite disappointing.

unfriendly personair conditioning

the person who greeted us was professional but not very friendly or helpful. she made us pay the buffet price for dinner without giving us the option of ordering 'à la carte' this is not normal. i had problems with the air conditioning then a flood in the bathroom and the room because the shower water did not drain the problems were fixed but it was very unpleasant.
