The blanket on the bed was too short, this was uncomfortable. the air conditioning was not adjustable beyond 3 degrees. It was too cold. i couldn't open the windows for fresh air and the breakfast menu remained the same each day.

i found the location convenient near public transport options. the staff offered quick assistance with directions. the room included ample storage space for luggage. i also used the efficient express check-out process saving time during departure.

the gym had limited hours it was inconvenient.

The hotel had a complicated parking policy that felt overpriced. I found parking cheaper in the mall, a situation that didn't make much sense. i was not informed well at reception.

The location IS really convenient. I found free coffee, fruit, lemonade and popcorn available in the lobby which was very nice.

The breakfast menu remained the SAME every day. I also needed to request cleaning daily at the reception, not ideal .
