The room was super clean with thoughtful design. i found a comfortable bed ensuring restful sleep. the reception staff were cute. They acknowledged my preferences. they seemed to go above and beyond with the room and amenities.

warm welcome good bar service plenty of choices grubby shower floor dusty corners biscuit absence
The staff at the front desk was really great. A warm welcome given by them. The bar service was really good and the drinks wasn't too expensive. Breakfast had plenty of choices and the restaurant managed it superbly.
The shower floor felt a bit grubby. I also found the bathroom corners were dusty. It's the first hotel I've ever stayed that didn't give biscuits with the beverages. They should include it.

Fantastic Garden and Attentive Staff

secluded garden usb charging points convenient location bright space
The garden provided a secluded space to relax with a drink. I found plenty of USB charging points which were very useful. The location worked well for me, close to amenities. The bar area was a VERY nice bright space where I could meet friends.
I noticed some processes need reviewing.
