Rooms are freshly refurbished to a good standard. I noticed that they are quite clean. Breakfast was included, a NICE bonus. The breakfast was cooked fresh.
The water pressure was notably low, which affected the shower experience.

The room included a decently comfortable double bed. I found the bathroom included a low flow shower. It took a couple of minutes for hot water to arrive, slightly inconvenient.

The location was AMAZING as it was near Ingelston where my event was. I noticed a fantastic Chippy next door that had everything, including pizza and kebabs. I found the hotel to be very quiet.
