Fantastic stay!
comfortable beds spacious room sea view
The room size was excellent. I stayed in the quadruple room with a sea view, and the beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, I appreciated that. Breakfast was also very nice with a great variety of options.
The ceiling had some cracks, and the manager mentioned a previous roof leak. I hope they address this soon.

The building had a lovely structure and decor. There was parking available nearby the place. I noticed they have a well-stocked bar with a carvery on Sundays.

The hotel's location was top notch. I could see the sea. Parking was also available right in front of the hotel on the street. Its location in the city is the BEST!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They accommodated my request to store my cycle in a downstairs room. I found this very safe. The staff were always easily accessible.

surprisingly pleasant stay
ideal location helpful staff spacious room tasty breakfast
the location was ideal, a quick walk to town with views of the south bay. the staff were very accommodating, they let me park my motorcycle right in front , covered by cctv. the room, a quadruple room sea view, was very spacious, clean and well kept. the breakfast was tasty with a great choice of hot and cold items.
the lift to the upper floors was out of service , so i needed to use the stairs.

The dining room provided a great choice for breakfast . A selection of cereals , jams, and fresh bread for toast were available. a menu to order hot food items.

the staff were cute and very friendly , ensuring i had everything i needed , moreover , the quick response to requests made a real difference.

The hotel location offered great access to attractions and transport. It was a short distance from the beach and town , and convenient for reaching regional destinations by car.

discoloured rubber poor picture
The location was satisfactory for walking into town. It also offered views of South Bay.
The room was very hot. It needed a little update. There was a large crack in the bathroom and the rubber around the bath looked discoloured. There were only two channels available on the TV, and the picture quality was poor.

fantastic view helpful staff cute atmosphere out-of-service lift ceiling cobwebs limited parking
The room, a family room sea view, offered fantastic views of the sea. staff members were genuinely helpful. They stored my bike securely. the lounge bar created a very cute atmosphere enjoyed by guests and locals alike.
The lift was out of service. I was on the 3rd floor. cobwebs hung from the ceiling to the lights in some areas. I found that a bit much. limited parking was available outside the building, i had to look for a spot.
