Greenbanks Rooms

Greenbanks, between Dereham and Swaffham, offers accommodations in the hotel and self-catering apartments. Rooms provide an en suite bathroom with free toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities, and a TV with Freeview channels. Room options include ground-floor rooms behind the main building, featuring a king-size bed, free Wi-Fi, and a walk-in shower. Family rooms include a king-size bed and a single bed in an adjoining room. Zip-and-link beds are available that can be arranged as a king-size bed or two single beds. The Shed & Breakfast accommodation is set back into the trees surrounding the lake and includes twin beds, an electric log burner, tea/coffee facilities, bed linen, use of Water Shed with a shower, sink, and towels. The self-catering apartments have twin beds downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs with beds that can be made up as twins or doubles. The ground floor rooms are designed for wheelchair access with en-suite wet rooms and low-level baths.

The on-site restaurant uses locally sourced ingredients. The menu includes Scarning 'Asparagus' (when in season), Norfolk venison game pie, Miso Broth, and double smoked salmon.
