Each room benefits from a private external or en-suite shower room. Some rooms have a shower room just across the hallway.

Balmoral is on the beach and a short distance from the Skegness town center and sandy beaches. The property is a short distance to the Bus & Railway Station. Humberside Airport is 67 km from the property. From Lincoln (A158), at traffic lights (after shopping precinct on the right), proceed straight over into Castleton Boulevard. At Tee junction with North Parade, cross over into South Parade promenade. Balmoral Hotel is on the right in about 1/4 mile. From Boston (A52), enter one-way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep right on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) towards the Town Centre. Proceed to the end of Sandbeck Avenue and cross straight over staggered junction at Drummond Road. Balmoral Hotel is several yards on the left side.
