Executive chef Nick Hodges prepares dishes such as baked flaky hake fillet with saffron, lemon, and crab risotto and vegetarian homity pie with baby carrots, tenderstem broccoli, and roasted onion puree. Ingredients are sourced from the South West. The Water's Edge menus include a bottomless brunch menu served Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. or 12 p.m., and a lunch menu served daily from 12:30 p.m. until 3 p.m., plus sandwiches and snacks from 12:30 p.m. until 5 p.m. There is also a festive menu in December and inspired by the National Maritime Museum's latest exhibition, Monsters of the Deep. The bar offers cocktails and a wine list.
Leisure and Activities

The closest bus station is a 10-minute walk. By boat from Truro the journey should take about an hour and a half. From The Helford River, prepare to marvel at ancient oak forest lining the riverbanks, and shingled shores tucked away off the beaten track.
