“What struck me most is the charm of this place, particularly its maritime roots and the rare perk of private pontoons, ideal for boaters; the on-site pub, The Working Boat, adds to its appeal with a lively, community feel. The award-winning restaurant impressed me, showcasing local seafood with finesse, while the rooms-especially those harbour-facing-promise memorable views, styled with a nautical touch; I think it's a great option for exploring Falmouth.”

The carpet in the corridor looked quite worn and could use replacing, it just didn't seem clean. also, our room keycard didn't work properly, requiring multiple attempts to open the door each time. It became quite frustrating. i also received an email about a virtual key, but it didn't work at all when i tried to use it.

The location is top. The pub is very nice. I was charmed by the breakfast. It was not a buffet. Everything was AMAZING!!!
The hotel was noisy through each night and early morning. The staff are friendly, but totally impersonal. There was no warm welcome, and no good trip when checking out.

stained carpetslow service
I was disappointed by the condition of the room. the carpet had some noticeable stains, and the bathroom tiles had mold in the grout. It seemed like maintenance was lacking. also, the breakfast arrangements were odd. I had to pick a time for breakfast for my entire stay, and service was slow even though the staff seemed busy.
