The location proved quite convenient. i found the direct connection to the grand mall especially useful. the room itself was spacious. i also appreciated the arrangement of a computer chair for my work. It was a thoughtful touch.
unfortunately, the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. i felt it did not quite meet five-star standards. the food, at times, seemed unattended and could have been warmer. air conditioning issues in the restaurant were also a slight inconvenience.

I received a complimentary upgrade, a pleasant surprise. check-in was efficient, and the staff took care of everything until my departure. the service was seamless. I did not need to ask for anything additional. the room itself was excellent, with great comfort.
the air conditioning in the restaurant seemed to have issues, as air coolers were in use.
