i found the room to be clean. the breakfast had good options. the staff was friendly and helpful. the concierge assisted quickly with bags.
the pool had missing tiles, i consider it needs some repair. the overall state of the pool area requires more attention.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The hotel's location proved quite convenient. Several businesses operate nearby. A laundry service stands close. The breakfast buffet offered good variety, and staff members provided prompt service! Our room was very clean and spacious. Special thanks to the conference hall staff on February 23. They helped our team .
Some of the towels were slightly frayed. This did detract a bit from the otherwise excellent experience.

The room featured air conditioning that worked very well. It maintained a comfortable temperature. The beds were quite large and comfortable. The room included blackout curtains. These ensured a restful sleep.

I noticed the shower required a very long wait for hot water. It wasted a considerable amount of water while I waited. the pool looked quite run down with tiles missing. I saw this made the pool look less appealing and potentially unsafe.
