The hotel arranged complimentary transport to the airport. The rooms were comfortable (i especially liked the bed) and very clean with good amenities. I appreciated the gym being open 24/7 and the steam room too.
i found that the wifi speed was a bit slow. It was sometimes difficult to connect and maintain a stable connection.

Staff members demonstrated helpfulness with a professional attitude. They confirmed reservations efficiently via WhatsApp. The staff cleaned tables quickly during breakfast, and they responded to requests for fresh cutlery promptly, providing really good assistance.

Lovely stay near the airport

This hotel was immaculate. The room was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. The crew was very attentive, and I enjoyed my stay. The lobby staff named Jehad and Sammy were so nice, and remembered my order for hot chocolate.
I wish there was something done to address the noise. It was difficult to open the windows. I do understand this is common for hotels in the region, but fresh air would be lovely.

The rooms were spacious with mountain view. A king-size bed gave plenty of room. The washroom included fresh towels and toiletries. Very neat place.

The room felt outdated and not up to par with what I expect. The TV wasn't working when I got there and needed someone to fix it. the water pressure in the bathroom was weak. It barely trickled out.

the staff displayed really good attentiveness. the hotel was clean. i found the half board meals offered a delicious variety, though I did have to wait a bit for a table during peak hours.
the in-room wifi coverage proved unreliable! it seemed weaker in my room at the end of the hallway.
