The hotel room was spacious. It was clean with a nice bathroom and shower. The pool area was good and it has comfortable beds.
It made using the facilities difficult. There was a DJ event that lasted until late and it was audible in my room.

helpful staff great facilities weak pressure shallow pool
the hotel staff were very keen to make amends when some bits did not go quite right. i also appreciated the facilities such as the main pool and the tennis court.
I did not like the water pressure in the bathroom. It needed more pressure when showering.

valet parking nice touch
I enjoyed the convenience of valet parking and its perfect organization. The staff organized balloons and cake for a birthday, a very nice touch. The barista made excellent cappuccino during breakfast. I also appreciated the comfortable room.

My stay involved the living room bar, always a treat. Kiko at reception elevated my experience. He personalized everything from the beginning. Karin and the living room bar crafted a perfect punch drink for us. I will see the W family soon.
I inquired about a lounge during check-in and learned there wasn't one. I later got vouchers for the rooftop bar. Other restaurants also had the same rule.

i enjoyed the breakfast. it offered many choices, from indian to european cuisines. chef ambed from the harvest restaurant prepared rice pudding for us, which i really appreciated.
the water pressure in the bathroom was not great. i needed more pressure when i took a shower. also, the pool's highest depth was only 1.1 m. it felt more like a kids' pool.

unclear signage unfriendly staff
The location is close to the beach and eateries. There was a good spread at breakfast.
Our arrival at the hotel was unusually poor. I had difficulty finding the hotel because of unclear signage, and I had to circle the block a few times to find a way in. Staff at reception didn't seem cute or friendly. It left me underwhelmed.
