The breakfast had a great variety! the staff was very helpful with directions. They even helped me purchase a ticket to the summer palace. the room was quite large. the wifi worked very well

i found the staff friendly. the location was very convenient. the room size suited my needs well. i also enjoyed the breakfast options that provided a good start to my day. the two restaurant options available were great. they gave diversity to choose from. the facilities included were very useful. i appreciated the cleanliness maintained during the whole stay. the location was really a great benefit. nearby attractions provided several options. the metro access made traveling simple. the hotel location allowed easy exploration.

the lobby seemed a bit bare even with many guests. the bar closed early, inconvenient.

spacious room helpful staff summer palace outdated control overused mattress poor service

the room was quite spacious. i also found the front desk staff helpful with directions. i especially appreciated their assistance in purchasing tickets to the summer palace. the wi-fi worked well.

the room's condition needs improvement. the ac control seemed outdated. i also noticed that the mattress looked overused. additionally, i thought the service at the front desk could have been better.

the location was very convenient. i could easily access the metro. the breakfast was quite extensive. it included both western and chinese food (a good surprise!). the gym facilities were good. i found the pool area quite nice as well.

the room amenities was quite worn. the vanity basin tap in the bathroom felt loose. the bed felt small. i expected a little more from a hotel of this rating (especially considering the price). the hotel is outdated and old.

the room was spacious it was like staying in a mini suite. the staff were friendly. the breakfast buffet included many chinese dishes and western options.
