i found the staff friendly. the location was very convenient. the room size suited my needs well. i also enjoyed the breakfast options that provided a good start to my day. the two restaurant options available were great. they gave diversity to choose from. the facilities included were very useful. i appreciated the cleanliness maintained during the whole stay. the location was really a great benefit. nearby attractions provided several options. the metro access made traveling simple. the hotel location allowed easy exploration.

the lobby seemed a bit bare even with many guests. the bar closed early, inconvenient.

the location was very convenient. i could easily access the metro. the breakfast was quite extensive. it included both western and chinese food (a good surprise!). the gym facilities were good. i found the pool area quite nice as well.

the room amenities was quite worn. the vanity basin tap in the bathroom felt loose. the bed felt small. i expected a little more from a hotel of this rating (especially considering the price). the hotel is outdated and old.
