Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are available in POLA Esthe Royer. Rooms include a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. The family room has 2 beds, carpeted floors, pajamas, and city views. The double room offers a 140 cm-wide double bed, desk, and en suite bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet; rooms are slightly smaller than the standard double room. Single, triple, twin, and quadruple rooms are available; each has an electric kettle and air conditioning. Note: children cannot be accommodated in existing beds.

Enjoy fresh milk from Takahashi Farm with Nomumu yogurt. Guests can enjoy a menu using fresh vegetables grown in Hokkaido. Guests can enjoy eight kinds of seafood on a daily basis. The hotel has onsite restaurants.

Nearby landmarks include Hokkaido University Botanical Gardens (2.5 km), Sapporo TV Tower (1.5 km), Norbesa (0.5 km), Sapporo Gokoku Shrine (1 km), Nijo Fish Market (1.5 km), Sapporo Underground Pedestrian Space (2 km), and Odori Park (1 km). The 147.2-meter-high TV tower stands at the eastern end of Odori Park. Access to the airport and Sapporo Station is good and safe. It is the largest entertainment district north of Tokyo.
