I found the staff to be helpful. They ensured i had all i needed. julie assisted with taxi arrangements to the airport, this eased my travel anxieties. upon my very late arrival due to flight complications, a room was available. I appreciated this gesture. complimentary cookies and an upgrade were good surprises upon arrival at the hotel. It felt cute.

i observed that soundproofing wasn't perfect. This sometimes made it a little noisy early in the morning.

the subway station is very close, a great advantage for city exploration! this allows easy travel. many shops and different restaurants are located near the hotel, giving many choices for dining and shopping.

The room i got was not good. it seemed smaller than advertised. It felt more like 10 m2 instead of 16 m2. the lack of windows made it hard to air the place out, really affecting the air quality. it felt stuffy the entire stay.

The staff provided excellent service, especially leo, julie, and lily. They were very helpful. the location is close to metro line 5. the rooms were quiet. the shower had good water pressure, i liked that.

The room i initially received differed from the pictures online. It seemed a bit old.

The hotel is a short walk from two metro stations, one connects to the airport express. this makes airport transfers and city travel very easy. multiple shops and eateries surround the hotel. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
