the hotel's location is really good. the panoramic views across the lake are gorgeous, and the gardens were beautifully kept. the staff were friendly. the pool area was very clean. i enjoyed the provided coffee.

the hotel hallways seemed slightly dated. this did not significantly detract from the overall experience, but it was noticeable.

Our beautiful junior suite had two balconies overlooking the lake. it was spacious. the furnishings had a classical design, and everything was clean and well maintained. We loved the lake view.

The reception team was helpful. The general manager greeted guests at dinner. the staff were courteous. service was always prompt, and the staff anticipated guest needs, but the bar man was amazing!

Excellent Lakeside Stay

spacious room friendly staff classical design lakeside view

I found the room very spacious. It featured two balconies overlooking the lake. The staff was very friendly at reception. The manager spoke to all guests dining in the restaurant two nights. I liked the architecture and classical design.

The safe was broken . This was slightly inconvenient.

Breakfast had quite rich options with amazing croissants. The chef provided handmade cakes with a very nice view of the lake. I enjoyed the dinner with a beautiful view of the grounds.

The hotel has a private beach with direct access to the water. There is also an outdoor lawn area. Staff provided service setting up loungers and towels. I enjoyed a dip in the lake.
