“This Melbourne hotel impressed me with its prime Collins Street location, placing guests amidst the city's vibrant retail and dining scene; I also noted the expansive City Club Health & Fitness Centre-the largest in Australia-an exceptional amenity. While some rooms may show signs of age, the level of service and the on-site dining, particularly at Collins Kitchen, appear to hold strong appeal, in my opinion.”

The tv cant be turned off. when you turn it off, it turns back on to the default screen. I had to turn it off at the wall. also, the ac was on and off. It turns its self off overnight. it getting a bit tired so the hotel is really due for complete refurb.
