lovely central stay
great location inviting rooms pleasant staff real cream
The location was really good. I could easily walk to many restaurants. i visited the royal botanic gardens and queen victoria market. the staff were pleasant and rooms felt inviting. the in-room coffee with real cream added a nice touch
i did find that some lights were not working in my room. i also noticed an absence of light blankets. rooms were small but i found it still adequate for my needs

My heritage queen room featured comfortable bedding. it also included a well-stocked mini-bar. the bathroom had fluffy towels and quality toiletries. Every detail seemed considered for a restful stay

Underwhelming stay. Needs improvement
musty smell bad street noise
the room i got was not good. it had a musty smell, and i found some small bugs in the bathroom. plus, the noise from the street at night was really bad. i struggled to sleep properly because of the loud delivery trucks and general street sounds.

great location polite staff delicious breakfast small room dusty vent faulty aircon
the location was great. i found easy access to many shops. the staff was polite and kind. i liked the food. breakfast options were delicious.
i was given a small room. air vents was full of dust. the aircon panel didnt worked properly. the shower head wasnt great either.
