the reception offered icy poles to my kids after a long international flight. elenor was amazing during check-in. she seemed to care about our comfort. the hotel maintains a very nice clean environment.
i noticed apathetic staff at the front desk. i found this unwelcoming.

The reception staff member organised assistance for me when i left the next morning. a staff member took my baggage and me to check in to my flight. the staff member delivering my room service reminded me i could phone for it to be collected. I did.
i found that no complimentary water was available in the room.

The hotel has a covered walkway bridge, a very convenient feature. its proximity to the airport terminal makes early flights stress-free. i could easily walk across the bridge. I loved it.

My spacious room included generous toiletries. i had free wifi, helpful. there was a widescreen tv. It offered many viewing options. The bed was very comfortable!!!
