The reception staff member organised assistance for me when i left the following morning. a staff member took my baggage and me to check in to my flight. This made my transit so easy. the room service staff reminded me i could phone for collection. This was so helpful.

Check-in was easy after a late arrival. The room was comfortable. The location is great. I could view the air terminal from my room.
My room had not been cleaned well. There was used slippers under the couch. The bathroom plug was missing.

The room was spacious! it included bathrobes and slippers. The staff were very helpful. in room dining was very good! i had butter chicken. It was great. my husband had a burger. He said it was very good too.
i stayed for a short stopover. the hotel took a deposit. i have not received the deposit back yet. this is pretty poor. i hope it's returned soon though.
