Honestly, the card charges from this place? Under the name "HCG Diet Australia". Real classy, I thought. My bank freaked and cancelled my cards. my room service tray sat out in the hallway all day. I reminded me of I was reliving my college days, but at least my dorm was cleaner.

a satisfactory stay

good locationparking optionsroom upgradeloose shower handlemissing socketworn bed
I found the location quite good with many parking options nearby. public transport was also easily accessible (a definite plus!). the room was lovely and we received an upgrade. A nice surprise indeed. the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were divine.
the shower handle felt quite loose (i was a bit worried it might break!). i struggled to find a convenient wall socket near the bed to charge my phone. the bed also felt a little worn, which wasn't ideal.

Central Location and Clean Room!

central locationhotel parkingold remote
The location was definitely central. It's great that parking is available on the hotel. I could easily walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. The room itself was very clean and well kept.
The TV remote was not working properly. It was old, and I needed to press the buttons multiple times to change channels. New remotes should be available.
Facilities
9/10
The pool area provides great views. A fully equipped fitness center includes treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use, ensuring fitness routines can continue seamlessly. Valet parking offers convenience arriving with vehicles.
Service
10/10
The staff are friendly and accommodating. They promptly split the beds as requested. I received full information when the fire alarm went off, helpful and reassuring. The reception area is spacious and cute.
Rooms
8/10
The room had a comfortable bed. The room was clean and tidy. I also found the air conditioning easy to regulate, it helped maintain a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.
