room upgrade comfortable bed rain shower unhelpful staff lack of initiative no assistance
the room was upgraded, i felt grateful. the bed was really comfortable, i slept well. the rain shower was lovely, i enjoyed it.
staff were not helpful, it was a letdown. when i arrived, i needed assistance with my bag. there was no initiative from them to help or guide me to the lift.

The room had a beautiful decor. The breakfast was delicious. The location provided easy access to many places. Staff were helpful and friendly. I really appreciated the secure parking next door to the hotel.
I found the carpets a little worn, showing some signs of age.

Breakfast offers an array of choices including fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, coffee, tea and juice options. Mr Tompkins restaurant offers duck, it is probably the best duck i have tasted.

The hotel provides secure parking, it is located right next door making it very convenient. The hotel features elegant decor in the restaurant area, also the halls have a chique impression

great location tasty treats
the location is great near many attractions. the hotel left tasty treats in my room for my anniversary, and i appreciate that.
the hotel is a little old, however it oozes opulence.
