The free shuttle to the airport was not frequent enough. i waited over 30 minutes, and no real-time tracking was available. A longer wait time created unnecessary stress. the room's air conditioning unit was quite loud. It disrupted my sleep considerably. the noise persisted even on the lowest fan setting. It impacted the room quality.

the room smelled of stale smoke. the furniture appears old. there was no shower, only a bathtub with an old shower head. these issues impacted my overall satisfaction.

The hotel offers a shuttle every 15 minutes, made getting to the terminals EASY. I really liked that the shuttle costs only $3 per person! The breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was so much variety.
The room decor is a little dated.
