I sincerely appreciated the swift check-in and check-out processes. It was quick. a kind and professional lady, nileema, handled it with great care. the rooms provided were notably spacious. i found the location quite accessible to several nearby amenities.
the mixed vegetables at the restaurant could have been better.

The location is advantageous. It is about fifteen minutes from emirates mall. bus 105 provides transportation to miracle gardens, and bus 106 goes to global village. These options are quite convenient. the metro access is a definite plus.

I found the front desk team to be very cute. They offered service better than any other hotel i have experienced. sajna, thitsar, philip and stephen really represent the hotel well. their efforts.

The beds were comfortable. The double room i booked could be opened via an adjoining door. this feature was great for accommodating everyone comfortably. it made the whole family vacation enjoyable.
